Summer and Fall is coming
This is a good season to spruce up your yard. Submit an ACC request before starting a front yard project or doing updates on your property. With school out and kids playing please drive 25 miles or less when entering or leaving your community.
Parking on Curves ....
Please be mindful where you park on the community city streets. Review the CCR and Bylaws to read the rules on how to proceed to park in our community. Parking on the curves and opposite other cars makes it difficult to get around the community. Be considerate to your neighbors.
Dogs on Leash in the Community
HOA CCR clearly states that dogs are to be on leash when not inside your fenced in yard within the community. HOA provides dog waste baggies so please help to pick up after your dogs so others do not step in it. Read the CCR rules about dogs if you have any questions. Thanks for being considerate and taking care of your pets.
